Dr. Crystal Clay is an Executive Coach and Facilitator. She is the Founder of Olive Branch Consulting International, a firm committed to extending growth and development support to individuals and organizations in alignment with their business and personal goals.
Experienced Coach and Talent and Development Leader, Crystal’s thirty years of experience spans all facets of HR, in global organizations in the financial industry in Bermuda, US and Canada and the public sector. Crystal is passionate about partnering with clients to help them excel by identifying and maximizing their greatest strengths and supporting leaders to enhance their effectiveness.
Crystal is dedicated to supporting the community and has served on several boards and committees. Crystal is professionally trained as an Executive Coach, a certified Strengths Coach from the Gallup Organization, a Certified Diversity Trainer through the Harvard University’s Conflict Management Group (CMG), and is qualified to administer several behavioral assessment instruments. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Crystal holds a Master of Arts Degree in Management and Human Resource Development and a Ph.D in Organizational Leadership.
